DaprixPayID Limited ("DaprixPayID," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) and applicable regulations issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, how it's used, and the rights you have over it.
DaprixPayID Limited is a registered Nigerian company (CAC RC-9494707) based in Lagos, Nigeria. For the purposes of the NDPA, DaprixPayID Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
DaprixPayID is not a bank and not a money lender. We are a technology company; regulated financial services (card issuing, funds custody) are delivered through our licensed infrastructure partners.
At this stage, DaprixPayID operates an Early Access waitlist. We currently collect only what you provide directly when you sign up:

You give consent by checking the consent box and submitting the Early Access form. In line with the NDPA, it is just as easy to withdraw your consent as it was to give it. To withdraw consent and have your data removed from our waitlist, email us at operations@daprixpay.com with the subject line "Withdraw consent." We will action this within a reasonable time and confirm once complete.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did with your data before the withdrawal.

Early Access data may be stored on infrastructure located outside Nigeria as part of our hosting and waitlist tooling. Where this involves a cross-border transfer of your personal data, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with the NDPA.
We retain Early Access data for as long as needed to manage the waitlist and onboarding process, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Security is treated as a design requirement across our products, not an afterthought.

This website does not currently use tracking or analytics cookies. We load web fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to a third-party server. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.
DaprixPayID's services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we've inadvertently collected data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
Once our card product launches, additional data (such as identity verification information) will be collected as part of onboarding, in partnership with our licensed infrastructure providers. Cardholder data (such as full card numbers or CVV) will be handled by our licensed infrastructure partners in line with PCI DSS requirements. This policy will be updated before that data collection begins, and you'll be asked for fresh, specific consent at that stage.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve or as required by law. Material changes will be communicated to Early Access members before they take effect.
